Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-16
These terms govern your use of MemoEcho ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
The Service streams original music produced with AI technology, and offers custom songs created from stories you submit.
Tracks distributed through the Service are original works we produce — not recordings by existing artists.
2. Accounts
Registration requires a valid email address. Please provide accurate information.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
The Service is not available to people under 13.
3. Use of the music
Published tracks may be enjoyed for personal, non-commercial listening through our app.
Copying, redistributing, selling, re-streaming, or commercially exploiting the music is prohibited without our written permission.
The app offers no in-app purchases.
4. Custom song orders
Custom songs are ordered and paid for only on our website. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The usage scope, number of revisions, and delivery time follow the plan shown at the time of your order.
Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are generally not available. Contact us to discuss individual circumstances.
5. Prohibited conduct
Violating any law or public order.
Submitting order content that infringes the rights of others, including copyright, personal rights, or privacy.
Interfering with the Service, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or automated bulk retrieval.
6. Intellectual property
Intellectual property rights in the Service and its music belong to us or to the rightful owners.
To report an infringement, use the copyright complaint form on our website. We will review and respond appropriately.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or faults.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction of first instance over disputes relating to the Service.
