Delete your account

You can delete your MemoEcho account at any time. Deletion cannot be undone, but you may register again later with the same email address.
1. Delete from the app (recommended)
Open the MemoEcho app → "Account" → "Delete account".
Review what will be removed, enter your current password, and tap "Permanently delete my account".
The deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out automatically.
2. What is deleted
Favorites, playlists, and in-app notifications.
The link between your playback history and your account (remaining statistics cannot identify you).
Push notification registrations — notifications stop arriving.
Your email address and password are invalidated; the account can no longer sign in.
3. What we must keep by law
Custom song orders and payment records are retained for the period required by bookkeeping law. Account details are anonymized so the records no longer identify you.
Audit logs kept for abuse prevention are retained without identifying the user.
4. If you cannot open the app
If you no longer have the device, contact [email protected]. We will verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
